2. What is the difference between a digital download and a made-to-order item?
Digital Download:
- Delivered instantly after purchase
- No physical item is shipped
- Print at home or use digitally
Made-to-Order:
- A physical item customised and created for you
- Processing time applies
- Posted directly to your address
3. How do I receive my digital download?
Immediately after checkout you’ll receive:
- A download link on the order page, and
- An email with your files
You can download instantly and as many times as you need.
4. What are your processing times for made-to-order items?
Processing times vary depending on the product but are usually:
- 2–5 working days for personalised items
- Up to 7 working days for more detailed or handcrafted pieces
Each listing will include the exact timeframe.
5. Do you accept refunds or cancellations?
Digital Products:
- Due to the nature of digital files, refunds are not available once downloaded
Made-to-Order Items:
- As these are customised, refunds/cancellations are not usually possible once work has begun
- If there is an issue with your order, please contact us — we always want to put things right
6. Can I personalise my order?
Yes — many digital and physical products have personalisation options.
Check the listing for what can be customised, such as:
- Names
- Dates
- Colours
- Messages
If you need something slightly different, just message us.
7. How do you ship physical items?
We use reliable UK shipping providers (Royal Mail or courier).
You’ll receive:
- A dispatch notification
- Tracking (if applicable to your item)

8. How do I print my digital files?
You can print at:
- Home
- A local print shop
- An online printing service
For best results, use cardstock, photo paper, or high-quality matte paper.
9. I haven’t received my digital files — what do I do?
Check your spam/junk folder.
If it’s not there, message us and we’ll resend your files.
10. What file formats do you provide?
Most downloads are supplied in PDF, PNG, or JPG.
File types are always listed on each product page.
11. Can I re-download my digital purchase later?
Yes — you can re-download through your order email or store account.
12. Can I use Baxter Gifts x designs commercially?
No — all designs are for personal use only.
You may not resell, edit, share or distribute the files.

13. What if there’s a problem with my made-to-order item?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
We will arrange a replacement where needed — we want you to love your order.
